Key Responsibilities
Lead Research Projects
Define and execute cutting-edge AI research projects, from conception to publication in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR).
Algorithm Development
Design novel algorithms and architectures that push the boundaries of what's possible in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior researchers and interns, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative research environment.
Research Collaboration
Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners on joint research initiatives and knowledge transfer programs.
Requirements
Advanced Degree
PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field with strong publication record.
Research Experience
5+ years of post-PhD research experience with publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals.
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of machine learning theory, neural networks, optimization algorithms, and statistical methods.
Programming Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Strong software engineering practices.
