- You retain all rights in your Client Data and Client Models, subject to the licenses and permissions you grant to us in any applicable agreement;
- You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your Client Data and its use in training, testing, and deploying models;
- We process Client Data and Client Models in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing agreements.
We may use aggregated or de‑identified information derived from your use of the Services (for example, system performance metrics or generalized usage patterns) to improve our infrastructure, features, and reliability, provided that such information does not identify you or your organization.
4. No Guarantee of Results or Suitability
Our Services provide tools and infrastructure for building, training, and deploying models. We do not:
- Guarantee that any model, experiment, or output will be accurate, error‑free, or suitable for any particular purpose;
- Provide investment, medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice through model outputs;
- Assume responsibility for decisions you make based on outputs produced using the Services.
You are responsible for validating your models and outputs and for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Intellectual Property
